We want to give a shout out to Impact Nutrition personal training client and recent cancer survivor Arlene Bedster!<\/b><\/h3>\n

About a year and a half ago Arlene was attending personal training sessions at Impact, and experienced the typical soreness that comes when developing new muscle. It was through massaging the recovering chest muscles that she found something was out of place. Upon seeing her doctor, the resulting examinations and tests led to a breast cancer diagnosis, that might have otherwise gone undetected for some time. (She said she was so grateful she had started sessions at Impact!) After undergoing multiple rounds treatment, including harsh chemotherapy and radiation, Arlene is well into recovery! Praise God! \u00a0She has now resumed her personal training sessions at Impact, with a new lease on life, and a focus on continuing her recovery and leading an active, healthy and balanced life. She will soon start a coaching practice specific to supporting others going through cancer themselves.<\/p>\n

We are so happy for you Arlene!<\/b><\/p>\n
